Serving as their dedicated Brand Lead and Digital Strategist, I have managed every facet of their brand—from physical store aesthetics and high-end TV commercials to advanced online ordering systems. This ongoing collaboration has successfully positioned Pirani Kitchen as a tech-forward leader in the local food industry.

Project Scope & Strategic Execution

1. 360° Physical Branding & Print Media

  • Environmental Design: Spearheaded the complete shop branding, including Panaflex displays, banners, and large-scale posters to create an inviting physical presence.

  • Corporate Stationery: Designed and printed the entire marketing suite, including premium business cards, leaflets, pamphlets, and highly organized food menus tailored for both dine-in and takeaway.

2. Digital Ecosystem & Online Ordering

  • Ordering Automation: Engineered a streamlined WhatsApp Online Ordering system, allowing customers to browse the menu and place orders directly, enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Reputation Management: Fully manage the Google Business Profile, maintaining high ratings through active Google Review management and local SEO optimization.
